Your Ailova·Care subscription renews automatically each year — you do not need to do anything.
Before each renewal:
- We send you a reminder email one month in advance, showing the renewal price and date.
- For annual plans, we will also call you personally.
- If we cannot reach you before the renewal date, your subscription renews and is charged automatically.
If your subscription has already expired
If your subscription has lapsed and you would like to continue using the service, please contact us by phone or live chat. Our team will help you reactivate your plan and confirm the new billing date.
Want to renew early or upgrade your plan?
You can call us at any time to renew early or switch to a different plan (for example, from a 6-month plan to an annual plan). See our plans page for pricing details.
Need to update your payment card before renewal?
You can update your card details at any time through our Purchase Finder or by calling us.
