How do I find my order or download my invoice?

You can view your order details and download your invoice through our Purchase Finder tool.

STEP 1 – Open the Purchase Finder
Go to the Purchase Finder page on our website and click the link.

STEP 2 – Enter your email address
Type the email address you used when you placed your order.

STEP 3 – Verify your identity
You will be asked to enter one of the following:
- The last 4 digits of the credit card you used (for example, if your card ends in 4821, enter "4821")
- Your postal code (if you paid via PayPal)

STEP 4 – Find your order and view your invoice
Click on your order to view details. From there, click "View Invoice" to download or print it.

Having trouble signing in?

"The information was not valid"
Check the last 4 digits of your card, or try your Order ID number (it usually starts with the letter "U").

"Email address not found"
Check for any typos. If you used PayPal, try the email address linked to your PayPal account.

"Incorrect last 4 card digits"
Make sure you are using the card you paid with for this specific order.
