How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time – no need to call us.

STEP 1 – Open the Purchase Finder
Go to our Purchase Finder and sign in with the email address you used when you purchased.

STEP 2 – Find your subscription
You will see a list of your purchases. Click "View" next to the one you want to cancel.

STEP 3 – Cancel the renewal
Look for the button labelled "Cancel Rebill" (this means: stop the automatic renewal). Click it.

STEP 4 – Confirm
You will see a message confirming that your subscription will not renew.

What happens after you cancel?
- Your subscription will not renew on the next billing date.
- You keep full access to the service until your current paid period ends.
- Cancelling does not trigger an automatic refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please see our Refund Policy article.
