This article explains how to find your purchases, download invoices, update your card, cancel, and resume your subscription.
HOW TO FIND YOUR PURCHASES
1. Go to https://assisttechs.com/ and click "Purchase Finder" in the top-right corner.
2. Enter your email address and one of the following: your password, Order ID, or the last 4 digits of your card.
3. You will see a list of your purchases.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR INVOICE
1. Find your order using the steps above.
2. Click "View" next to the order.
3. Click "View Invoice."
4. Click "Print this page" – then choose "Save as PDF" from the printer list to save it as a file.
For a renewal invoice: scroll down to find the renewal transaction and click "View Invoice" next to it.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT CARD
1. Find your order and click "View."
2. Click "Edit" below your current card details.
3. Enter your new card details and click "Update."
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
1. Find your order and click "View."
2. Click "Cancel Rebill" next to the product you want to cancel.
Note: Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until your paid period ends.
HOW TO RESUME A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION
1. Find your order and click "View."
2. Click "Resume Rebill."
Note: This option is only available before the next renewal date has passed.
