Your Ailova Care membership is billed annually (once per year) using the payment card you provided.
Before each renewal:
- We send you a reminder email one month before your renewal date.
- For annual plans, we will also try to call you personally.
- The email will show the exact price and date so you can decide whether to continue.
If we cannot reach you before the renewal date, your subscription will be renewed automatically.

Paying with Klarna?
Your payments follow the schedule you agreed to with Klarna when you signed up – not the standard annual cycle.
