You can update your credit or debit card at any time through our Purchase Finder.
STEP 1 – Open the Purchase Finder
Go to our Purchase Finder and enter your email address.
STEP 2 – Find your order
Click "View and manage" next to the order you want to update.
STEP 3 – Click "Edit"
Below your current payment card details, click the "Edit" button.
STEP 4 – Enter your new card details
Enter your new card number, expiry date, and security code (the 3-digit number on the back), then click "Update."
Want to remove your card completely (without replacing it)?
Please email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@avanquest.com and ask them to remove your card on your behalf. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
