Don't worry – this is a common issue and easy to resolve. Please follow these steps before contacting us.
STEP 1 – Check your spam or junk folder
Our confirmation emails are sometimes filtered as spam. Open your spam or junk folder and look for an email from Ailova Care.
STEP 2 – Check the correct email address
If you have more than one email address (for example, one linked to PayPal), check all of them. Our email is sent to the address you registered with us.
STEP 3 – Did you pay by bank transfer?
Bank transfers (such as SEPA in Europe) can take 7 to 14 business days to process. Your confirmation email is sent once the payment is confirmed.
STEP 4 – Wait up to 24 hours
Our system sends confirmation emails automatically. If your payment has been taken and it has been less than 24 hours, please wait a little longer.
Still no email after 24 hours?
Please contact us. We will confirm your order and send you a new confirmation email with your order number and details.
