No. Once your support session is finished, we have no way to access your computer.
Here is why you can be sure:
When a session starts, a small temporary programme is downloaded to your computer to allow the connection. As soon as you end the session or log off, this programme is automatically deleted from your computer. It leaves nothing behind.
The only way we can ever connect again is if you contact us yourself and start a new session.
You are always in control.
